This course will give you the essential skills and practical tools to be a team leader/supervisor and make the transition from individual team member to team leader.

The programme offers four modules in total, spread over four weeks, and will give you the opportunity to develop your skills in manageable chunks as well as undertake activities to try between each session to assist in transference of learning to the workplace.

Each sessions runs from 9:00am to 12:30pm. You can elect to attend the whole programme or individual modules according to your needs. This programme is run at the Canterbury Employers' Chamber of Commerce throughout the year. We can also deliver this as an in-house option to suit your needs.
