Radio Spectrum Management

Radio Spectrum Management offers a limited Web service allowing clients to directly search the Register of Radio Frequencies for Call-signs related to certificates or licences.

This new web service will facilitate custom client requests, based on searching against specific search criteria, and returns a results list containing the Call-sign, certificate and related client data. Related client data includes names of vessels, MMSI and other identifiers. (The search will include client and address information where publically available).

For example the New Zealand Association of Radio Transmitters (NZART) will be able to directly extract Call-sign holder & address information from SMART to an electronic version of the current “Call Book” maintained on the NZART website.
