Requesting access to BusinessData services

In order for your application to communicate directly with our databases, you will need to request access to the applicable services that you require. For example, if you wish to register trademarks via your BusinessData application, then you need to request access to that service via this tool.

Once you have made a request to access a BusinessData web service, we will review your request and grant or decline your access request.

You can also register an upgrade or retrograde to an existing service that you have access to. In the event of a new version of a service being released, BusinessData users will have an opportunity to test and move to the new version of the web service.

Note | You must request access to BusinessData services before you can start using them. If you do not have the appropriate access, if you attempt to submit a transaction via the BusinessData service, your request will be rejected.

  • To manage your BusinessData access, go to the Do It Now menu and click on Request Access.
