Banned director caught managing company

On 24 May 2011 Steven Peter Crow pleaded guilty to one charge in breach of Section 385 of the Companies Act 1993 for managing a company whilst being a person prohibited from doing so.
He was convicted and sentenced to a NZ$5,000 fine plus court costs.
Crow was previously banned by the Registrar for four years on 16 April 2010 from acting as a director of any New Zealand company.
