The New Zealand Companies Office | New services for a new decade
In today’s environment businesses require more effective online services and additional information from Government. The Companies Office has been working on upgrading our website information and registers to meet this need.
On 28 June 2010 the Companies Office replaced its existing IT system with a new purpose built platform called 'Enterprise'.
This new platform has been designed and
developed to allow for more customisable services, catering for specific compliance and corporate needs. Enterprise caters for the easy integration of future technologies and services.
Enterprise also serves as a cross-register platform so other entities we administer can be linked with the Companies Officer Register (for example, the new Financial Service Providers Register (FSPR) being released in August 2010).
This project has provided us with the opportunity to refresh our look. The Companies Office has adopted a new colour scheme and will use the upcoming all-of-government fern branding.
