To file your annual return you will need an igovt username and password. The new igovt logon service was introduced on the 28th June 2010. If you have logged on and used any of our online services since then you will have an igovt logon already.

OR are you a new user and filing your annual return for the first time?

If you don't already have an igovt username and password you will need to register in order to access the Companies Office online services. To begin the process click on "Continue" and select "Create an igovt logon" on the igovt logon page.

  1. Register with igovt The Companies Office is using igovt, the one logon for government services.
  2. Create a Companies Office user account Create a user account with the Companies Office.
  3. Select the company Search for and select the Company you want to file an annual return for.
  4. Request authority You will need to have Company Authority. Authority can be granted via the Company Key.
