Australian overseas company forms
Forms for Australian companies carrying on business in New Zealand, as defined by the Companies Act 1993.
Other overseas company forms
Forms for overseas companies (other than Australian companies) that are carrying on business in New Zealand, as defined by the Companies Act 1993.
Financial reporting act forms
Attach a Fast Track Filing Form to all financial statements that you file under the Financial Reporting Act 1993 (FRA). New Zealand companies (that are also registered as foreign companies in Australia) should use Form AU4 for filing financial statements with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).

Submit your request for Company Authority online but if you need to use the Registrar Approval Service and upload a letter of authorisation, you can use this template.
