If the period for lodging objections has passed
No objection can be lodged after the expiry of 20-working day period of the Registrar's public notice.
Any person may object to a removal of a company as long as it is no later than the date specified in the public notice. This requirement is specified in section 321(1) of the Companies Act 1993, and the Registrar has no discretion in accepting an objection once the expiry of the objection period has passed. The Registrar will remove the company from the Register immediately after that specified date, if no objection is received.
If a company has been removed from the Register, you may follow the restoration process to restore it to the Register. You may wish to seek legal advice in this regard.
