My Watchlist

The My Watchlist feature allows you monitor activity on companies of interest.  The watchlist will display certain changes to company details for those companies you have selected.  For example,

  • if a new director is appointed,
  • when the registered office address changes or
  • if a public notice is given for one of those companies.

 

Any companies that you have Company Authority over will be automatically added to your watchlist.

You will also have the option of receiving email notification of changes to these selected companies.  If you choose to receive email notification you will have the choice of daily, weekly or monthly updates and the report will be sent in PDF format.
 

Manage events

Selecting the Manage Events option within the ‘My Watchlist’ section allows you to choose which events you want to follow for a particular company.  For more information on each event select the question mark icon [image] question mark icon. next to the event name.

 

Manage entities

To add or remove entities from your watchlist select Manage Entities then:  

  • Select Add Entities to add a new company to your watchlist.
  • To remove a company from your watchlist select the remove icon [image] remove icon. next to the company name.
