LINZ (Land Information New Zealand) fee
Standard registration and lodgement fee		NZ$176
Each notice of memorial		NZ$5

Note | The Registrar of Retirement Villages collects fees, when required, on behalf of Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) - you do not need to make payments to LINZ separately.
