Replacement Code of Practice
October 2009
The Retirement Villages Code of Practice 2008 has been approved by the Minister of Building and Construction, and came into force on 2 October 2009.
A copy of the Code can be downloaded for free from the website of the Department of Building and Housing website. Hard copies of the code are also available at a charge, by phoning Viv Books at the Department of Building and Housing on 0800 370 370.
