Withdrawing a name reservation
If you reserve a company name and decide you no longer require it, you can choose to withdraw the name reservation online.
To withdraw a name reservation you must be the person who reserved the name initially or a member of the organisation the name was reserved on behalf of.
Note | The name reservation fee is not refunded when you withdraw a name reservation.
To update or maintain any company details with the Companies Office you will need to be logged on as a registered user of the website. Read more...
- From the Online Services – Do It Now menu select Withdraw name reservation from the Start a company menu.
- A list of all approved names will be displayed. Select the name you wish to withdraw.
- Select the Withdraw button to continue.
- Select the Confirm button to withdraw your name reservation.
