Note | To search for other entities (such as Industrial and Provident Societies, Limited Partnerships, Friendly Societies, Credit Unions, etc) please use the Search Other Registers option.

Getting evidence of a New Zealand company's incorporation
If an overseas jurisdiction requires evidence of incorporation, or of the particulars, of a company use the Certificate of Incorporation and Company Extract services - both are freely available online.
How do you validate a document?
Our document validation service is a way of authenticating a document issued by the Registrar. Validation codes are issued with company extracts and certificates of incorporation requested as part of a company search. They are also included on certificates of good standing.
