Getting evidence of a New Zealand company's incorporation

With effect from 1 October 2010 the New Zealand Companies Office no longer provides Certificates of Good Standing.

If an overseas jurisdiction requires evidence of -

  • incorporation or
  • the particulars of a company

use the Certificate of Incorporation and Company Extract  services - both are freely available online. 

 

These documents may also need to have an apostille certificate from the Department of Internal Affairs (DIA) which confirms its authenticity.
