Why you may get an error entering an address
Address verification (PAF)
When you incorporate a new company, add or amend address details of an existing company, or file your company annual return the system will check the addresses used to ensure they match an address recorded on the NZ Post database.
If the address you want to enter is not yet included in that database the system will display an error message.

Choose the option Enter Address Manually (or Overseas) and you will then have the option to enter the address details.
