Registering Australian overseas companies
Registering an Australian overseas company online is simple and inexpensive (NZ$163.55).
You are only required to provide details that are specific to New Zealand. Details of the directors and constitution (if any) of the company will be provided to the Companies Office by the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC).
To apply to register your Australian company as an overseas company you will need a Companies Office Logon.

- Choose Register an Australian overseas company
Step 1 | Apply to reserve the company name
During this step you will be prompted to provide the Australian company’s ACN (Australian Company Number) and then to Retrieve Company Name.
Step 2 | Apply to register an Australian overseas company
To complete your application to register an Australian company as an overseas company you will need to provide certain information about the company.
