From the Search Results select the company to update.
Step 2 | My Tools
Click on the My Tools button to display a menu of your options.
From this menu choose the Constitution option.
What constitution changes can you make?
You can:
- File an amended constitution
(this includes adopting a constitution for the first time) or - Revoke a constitution.
File an amended constitution
After incorporation a company may decide to amend its constitution or, if the company had no constitution, adopt one.
You must notify the Registrar of Companies within ten working days of the amendment or adoption of constitution.
Revoke a constitution
Any time you upload an amended or updated version of your constitution, the old constitution will essentially be replaced. In this situation, there is no need to revoke a constitution before uploading a new one. If, however, a constitution should not have been filed at all you can revoke it.
You must notify the Registrar of Companies within ten working days of the revocation.
