No. If you discover an error in the details recorded for a director appointment you must withdraw the appointment and then resubmit the notification.
How do you withdraw a director's appointment?
It is possible to withdraw the notification of an appointment but only before the consent form is submitted to the Companies Office.
What is an alternate director and how do you appoint one?
If the constitution permits, an alternate director can be appointed to act in his or her place.
