If you are a New Zealand company (that is also registered as a foreign company in Australia) use this form to file financial statements with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).

 

Registrar's Form AU4. 

Send your completed form to the Registrar of Companies.  The address is noted on the form.
