Registering your financial statements
To register your financial statements with the Companies Office you will need to provide copies of:
- The financial statements, including any group financial statements; and
- An auditor's report on the financial statements and any group financial statements.
These financial statements must be prepared and signed no later than five months from balance date and then delivered to the Registrar of Companies within 20 working days of the date of signing.
All the financial statements and any group financial statements must be certified to be correct copies by two directors or if the company has only one director, by that director.

Non-active declaration
Section 10A of the Financial Reporting Act 1993 allows some entities that were non-active in the immediate past accounting period to file a non-active declaration.
