Registering your financial statements

To register your financial statements with the Companies Office you will need to provide copies of:

  • The financial statements, including any group financial statements; and
  • An auditor's report on the financial statements and any group financial statements.

 

These financial statements must be prepared and signed no later than five months from balance date and then delivered to the Registrar of Companies within 20 working days of the date of signing.

All the financial statements and any group financial statements must be certified to be correct copies by two directors or if the company has only one director, by that director.

If you already have an igovt logon you should choose the Log on link. When prompted, enter your igovt Username and Password.

If you need an igovt logon, choose the Register link and follow the instructions provided on the igovt website.
