An annual confirmation is NOT a new registration and is filed against an existing FSP. To file your annual confirmation you will need to:

  1. Logon with your User ID and password.
  2. Search for the existing FSP using the FSP number.
  3. Select the FSP and click the 'File Annual Confirmation' button or select the 'File Annual Confirmation' option under the 'My tools' menu.

When do you need to file an annual confirmation?

Financial Service Providers (FSPs) must file their annual confirmation once each year, in their allocated month. The first annual confirmation is due in the calendar year after the FSP is registered. We will send an email reminder before the confirmation is due.
