Site settings
This website works best with the following settings:
- Internet Explorer 7.0 or 8.0 (IE 9.0 is not supported at this stage).
- A minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768.
- The number of colours on screen should be set to 256 or higher.
- Use the scroll bars at the right hand side of the web browser to view additional information.
- A broadband connection to the internet. Note | If you are using a dial up modem, 56 kB is preferred.
- This site is not compatible with Internet Explorer for Macintosh computers, we recommend Safari 4.0+ or Firefox 3.6+ for Macintosh users.

Adobe ReaderThis site provides services which generate email reports in a PDF format. You will need PDF viewing software to display these reports received via email. | |
Microsoft Word ViewerThis site provides access to registered documents in Microsoft Word format. If you do not have Microsoft Word installed you will need to download the Microsoft Word viewer to view, print or copy Word documents. | |
WordPerfect ViewerThis site provides access to registered documents in WordPerfect format. If you do not have WordPerfect installed you will need to download a WordPerfect Viewer. | |

Will I need access to any other technical resources to use the online services?
For some services you will also need access to a fax machine or scanner and a printer. For example, when incorporating a company you need to be able to download and print consent forms then be able to return the signed consents (either as scanned documents or via facsmile).
