The Ministry for Primary Industries has contracted a panel of three suppliers to provide a wide range of work-related health services including:

Lead Agency Agreement Term: 23/08/2012 to 22/08/2015 with Lead Agency right of renewal for a further term of up to 4 years (2+2). |
Agencies may contact either the Suppliers directly or through the Lead Agency. Participation is subject to signing a "Participating Agency Agreement"
