CIPS Qualifications
Procurement is increasingly becoming a critical strategic activity requiring skilled and professionally qualified people.
The Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply (CIPS) is recognised as the leading international body for professionals engaged in purchasing and procurement, with over 65,000 members worldwide.
The CIPS qualifications framework comprises a range of internationally recognised qualifications from certificate up to Graduate Diploma level which, with three years’ work experience, leads to Full Membership (MCIPS) recognised as the prime global professional standard for procurement professionals. Accreditation pathways that recognise existing qualifications and relevant experience, are also available to gain credits towards MCIPS.
In New Zealand there are insufficient MCIPS-qualified professionals to meet the growing demand, and gaining CIPS qualifications not only equips you to deliver at the right level, but will also enhance your career prospects.
