If you would like to find out about an individual agency’s overarching purpose, goals and procurement objectives, this information is contained in its Strategic Procurement Outlooks (SPO).
Only Public service agencies, New Zealand Police and New Zealand Defence Force are required to publish SPOs. Other State services agencies are encouraged to do so.
