Councils (Territorial Authorities, Regional Councils and Unitary Authorities) have now received Ministerial endorsement to be ‘eligible agencies’ under the All-of-Government contracts.This means that councils now have access to a multitude of products via the All-of-Government contracts created by the Ministry of Economic Development’s Procurement Reform Programme.
