Notifiable events

You must notify WorkSafe when certain work-related notifiable events occur.

Use our Notifiable event tool to find out which work-related events are notifiable and what actions you must take following a notifiable event.

Raise a concern

If you have a concern about an unsafe or unhealthy work situation that could lead to a fatality or serious injury or illness, then you can contact us and raise your concern.


If you wish to raise your concern anonymously or in confidence, you must tell us this when you contact us either by phone or email.
