Retail is not required to use My Vaccine Passes, but if the business opts to require these, then it is recommended the business sight and/or verify customers' My Vaccine Passes.

Retail businesses are required to display QR codes, but are not required to ensure record keeping for contact tracing. If your business operates out of a vehicle, you do not have to display a QR code.
