If you’re not exporting yet, but are serious about getting it right from the start, Export Essentials workshops can help you prepare and build a strong pathway for international growth.
If you’re thinking about exporting, you likely have a lot of questions. Last year, New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE) launched the Export Essentials programme to help answer them.
Export Essentials workshops are designed to help businesses plan and implement their entry into export markets.
The workshops are open to all Kiwi businesses, and provide a set of tools that can help you systematically develop insights into overseas markets, plan, test your thinking, and learn from peers and experts.
The two-day workshops cost $500+GST for the first attendee and $250+GST for additional attendees from the same company, and cover the fundamental concepts of exporting, including:
These exporting fundamentals are brought to life with real business examples and case studies, and the opportunity to work on your own business during the workshop.
Workshops are followed up by a one-on-one meeting with the workshop facilitators to help you prioritise next steps, and use what you’ve learned. You’ll come out with a clear short-term action plan and recommendations around how you can access services to help move your plans forward.
