Support your employees

Menopause is a normal and powerful stage of life.

Everyone’s menopause experience is unique, and menopause can be seen differently by different cultures.

There are many benefits to talking openly about menopause, and supporting employees through it, while accepting that not everyone will feel comfortable or need to talk about it.

  • Employees will feel that their health and wellbeing is considered and prioritised.
  • Employees are supported to perform at their best, which can improve productivity.
  • There could be a reduction in the number of leave days an employee takes to manage their symptoms.

Learning the basics about menopause and providing support, even just a few simple actions, can have a big impact.
