- connecting with people you care about.
Ducat recommends making space to reflect and to not ignore our feelings. Instead of reinforcing toxic positivity, consider the pros and cons of what you’re going through. Say to yourself: “Yes, it’s difficult, and I’m upset, and I got through it.”
