If you have trouble logging in with your email address, please reach out to us using the information in the link below.
If you have trouble logging in with your Google, Microsoft or RealMe account, contact their customer service team.
If you can’t remember your password, you can reset it. We’ll send an email to the email account you used to create your business.govt.nz account. Follow the link in the email to reset your password.
You can create another account at any time, as long as you use a different email address. But, you cannot move any saved information from one account to another - like the results from a tool, for example.
