One of the common issues I see with small business owners is this frustration,they keep running into the same block wall.
Sometimes all it takes is a fresh perspective.
As a business mentor, part of what we do is help them pull down this wall block by block, and help them see what's on the other side.
There are things a mentor knows, things they have seen, fundamentals that we have learnt through experience, and it's imparting this knowledge, that can instantly help a small business owner, that feels they don't have the resources or time.
It sounds clichéd, but many small business owners get caught up with working in the business,rather than on the business.
A mentor can bring accountability, we can be a stimulus, to make sure that the important jobs that need doing, get done.
